1. What’s the turnaround time from your U.S. warehouse?
For most in-stock products, orders can be prepared and shipped out as early as the next business day. We're committed to helping customers move quickly and efficiently with minimal lead time.
2. Do you have products in stock in the U.S.?
Yes, we stock a wide range of popular ingredients in our California warehouse to ensure fast delivery and flexible service for our North American customers. Feel free to contact us to check the latest inventory list.
3. Do you offer samples for testing?
Yes! We’re happy to provide samples for quality testing and formulation trials. Just let us know the product you’re interested in and your shipping details, and we’ll arrange it for you.
4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is one drum, carton, or sometimes even just one bag—typically 20 kg, 25 kg or 1kg depending on the product. For specialty or high-value ingredients, we may be able to offer smaller quantities. Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
